Nigerian award winning musician Adekunle Gold recently released a song title ‘Ire’ and dedicated the song to Busayo

Most Nigerians has been asking who Busayo is and the musician has taken to his instagram account to reveal she is his dead sister and he is dedicating the song to her because she was one of his favorite people.

He wrote

“For Busayo”
Who is Busayo?
I’ve been getting this question a lot. Busayo is my sister. We lost her in 2011 to a Heart Complication. I’m fiercely protective of my family but I didn’t think I could skip out one of my favorite memories or people in life.
Busayo was symbolically represented by the little girl skipping around me in the video as that is who she was in real life.
She never left my side, matter of fact, she was my younger twin. We looked alike and she could sing for the whole of AFRICA.
In my heart, I believe I sing for the both of us; It was only right that I dedicated the video to her memory…

Michael Jackson Was A Very Greedy Thief – Quincy Jones

Iconic producer and jazz musician Quincy Jones is perhaps the most respected figure in pop music, helping Michael Jackson create some of the biggest hits in his career- including  The Way You Make Me Feel, Billie Jean and Thriller.

Together they won 28 Grammy Awards and at 84 years old, Jones’ legacy is intact.

However, in a recent interview with Vulture Magazine, he revealed some details about the late King of Pop that may shock fans who didn’t know them before.

Asked what about fans didn’t know about MJ, Quincy Jones said, ‘I hate to get into this publicly, but Michael stole a lot of stuff.

He stole a lot of songs. Donna Summer’s “State of Independence and “Billie Jean.” The notes don’t lie, man. He was as Machiavellian as they come.’

He further described Jackson as greedy, saying he should have paid some of his instrumentalists more than he did. ‘Greedy, man. Greedy. “Don’t Stop ’Til You Get Enough” — Greg Phillinganes wrote the c sectionPhillinganes, an in-demand studio keyboardist, played on a handful of Jackson-Jones collaborations, including the 1979 album Off the Wall, from which “Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough” comes..

Only barely a month ago news and video went viral showing music legend, 2baba blessing highly gifted and phenomenal HND Records’ fast-rising artiste cum producer, Demmie Vee and that was many months after the African Queen crooner collaborated with the dude on the smash inspirational hit “Awesome God”
Just as fans home and abroad have continued to get seriously curious over the musical godfather’s unblinking endorsement of the new kid on the bloc; just like 2baba,9ice has also jumped on a song by Demmie Vee.
9ice who has been on a hit spree of recent, entered the studio with the young artiste for a remix of his trending single, “Love Me Tender”.
Before this remix with 9ice,the original version “Love Me Tender” song by Demmie Vee with a high definition video shot in South Africa was one of the highly played songs on Nigerian TV stations. Infact,it has gone from a Top Notch song to a Lyrics On The Go category on Hiptv, one of the most respected TV stations in Nigeria.
In this remix of “Love Me Tender”, ancestor 9ice totally transformed the romantic/ wedding song into a highly serenading rhythm reminiscent of his usual indigenous flavour that has today made him iconic in the industry.
And of course, Demmie Vee took his delivery on this remix to another level in what can best be described as simply, MAGIC!
While we wait for the official music video of the remix dropping in a matter of days, listen to the new track “Love me Tender” remix by Demmie Vee featuring ancestor, 9ice
